One product for the work a practice does for every client
Zeynoc Ledger is built by Zeynoc for UK accountancy and bookkeeping practices. We start from what a practice files and hands over, and work back to every receipt and bank line behind it.
The problem

Work moves between them by export, and the gaps between them are where mistakes live. Every handover is time for your team and a chance for a figure to go wrong.

A capture product reads the receipts and bills, and exports them to the books.

How we work
Principles we hold ourselves to
True today, or labelled
Nothing we show describes something that is not built and tested. What is built but not yet switched on says so, on this site and in the product.
Filing is never the upgrade
A practice cannot move a client it cannot file. MTD VAT and MTD for Income Tax are on every plan, and so are the checks that protect what is filed.
Show the working
Every figure keeps a link to where it came from: a box to its transactions, a transaction to its document, a change to the person who made it.
Your data stays yours
A full export is on every plan, and nothing about how you leave is made harder than how you arrived.
